We offer unconditional partial refund/refund/exchange in case the ordered dress is not as shown in the picture or the size is incorrect.

The shipping cost to return the items will be paid in the form of refund if you choose to exchange or in the form of gift coupon/store credit if you wish to return the items for refund.

However we request the customer to carefully choose the right size and dress length everytime so that such issues doesnot occur.

We also suggest that there will be slight variation in colour up to 5% due to flash light used to take the photographs.
