1. PRIVACY POLICY :

In order to eliminate credit card fraud and for the security of the customer's privacy,we will log your computer's IP address when you place the order with us.

2. RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY :
We offer unconditional partial refund/refund/exchange in case the ordered dress is not as shown in the picture or the size is incorrect.Buyer shall bear the shipping cost to return the dress.However we request the customer to carefully choose the right size and dress length everytime so that such issues doesnot occur.We also suggest that there will be slight variation in colour up to 5% due to flash light used to take the photographs.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION:

If at all you wish to cancel the order for any reason,it should be done within 48hours.

4. LOST SHIPMENT /LIABILITY :
In case of lost shipment or if we were unable to deliver the shipment for any reason,the liability will be limited to the value of the order only.

5. CUSTOM DUTY CHARGES : 

We always make sure to send these orders as samples/gifts so that customers will not have to bear the custom duty charges.However in case the custom duty is charged,we shall bear 25% of the custom duty after customer produces the charge slip.
